Master Service Agreement
Covers temporary power, portable sanitation, waste removal, fuel delivery, fencing, and all other ancillary services deployed to disaster restoration and construction job sites.
Service Agreement
Covers ongoing commercial roll-off and waste collection services for permanent accounts, including recurring pickup schedules, container management, and long-term service terms.
Vendor Agreement
Governs the relationship between BPM Services, Inc. and all vendors in its operator network. Covers service standards, insurance requirements, payment terms, and compliance obligations.
